Events in 2008

We'll provide a festival-food dinner, themed to the event...a cash bar for liquid refreshments...and fireworks.  You can spend the evening enjoying your friends...just sitting and visiting, or try your hand at some of the available games.  

We'll have a couple of Blackjack tables, some Vegas-style slot machines, and who knows what else!  No cash prizes will be given, but at the end of the evening you'll cash in your "winnings" for tickets to place in drawings for a variety of fun prizes, donated for our fundraising efforts.  You can play for as long or as short a time as you wish during the evening, but you must be present to win at the time of the drawings.

Think of it...a nice, relaxing evening...no kids, a casual dinner, liquid refreshments, games to play...prizes to win, free parking, and watching fireworks from the 5th floor rooftop...all while making a donation to fund one of our special projects (posted that evening)...you'll know what your dollars will be targeted to help us accomplish!

The night's schedule is:        7:30 pm ~ Doors Open
                                       8:00 pm ~ Games open for play
                                           10:00 pm ~ Games close
                            10:15 pm ~ Prizes drawn/Winners announced
                                      10:15 or 10:30 pm ~ Fireworks
